Now a days yoga is one of the most popular and trendy well being fitness culture in almost all nations worldwide, when it comes to mentally and physically self care. It has become guiding lights
for many where no rituals need to be done, only one need to willingly present with addition of mind, body and soul.
Yog practitioners are increasing day by day in numbers. Many of them have made it an inseparable part of their lives without a compulsion. It’s their self care religion and no priest knows better to guide other then their own awareness, mindfulness and consciousness. This path is call for inner self
to break all barriers to get close to own being and real purpose of existence. This holy practice doesn’t require any priest but witnessing the mystical transformations within

There are 8 limbs of yoga, I recommend you to know and try to understand them and slowly incorporate into your practice this will help you to cultivate best for your improving quality of life and health.
