When we talk about 5 elements that sounds like watet, fire, wind, earth and space. Hinduism does believe in these elements. If you see or explore the strength and necessity of these elements, you will know how powerful and important these elements are. In India if you will notice people and their ways of conducting life, you will be able to find how everything happens around these 5 elements. The human Body is made of these elements with perfectly proportionate and blended. If any of these elements get high or low we suddenly start facing various physical and mental ailments and discomforts. GOD In Hindi called es BHAGWAN that means all in all and unpredictable, this term represent five elements, here i specified to understand the origin of such term- BH(Bhoo-Earth)- AG(Agni-Fire)- W(Wayu-Wind)- A(Aakash-Space)- N(Neer-Water).

Eight Limbs of Yoga

The eight limbs of yoga are Yama (Abstinences), Niyama (Observances), Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breath Control), Pratyahara (Withdrawal of the senses), Dharna (Concentration), Dhyana (Meditation), Samadhi (Absorption)

Vinyasa in Yoga practices

One unique method of purification through breaths while moving postures to postures in progressive practice. Oxygenation of blood and elimination of toxins through sweat.

Five Bodies

Our experiences of being human are covered with five layers- Physical, Energetic, Mental, Intlectual, Spiritual that is one of oldest conceptualisation. Annarnaya kosha (The Physical Body), Pranamaya kosha (The Breath Body), Manomaya kosha (The Mental Body), Vijnanamaya kosha (The Knowing Body), Anandamaya kosha (The Miss Body).
